Personal data (e.g. your name, address data or contact data) which you provide us with, e.g. in the context of an enquiry or in any other way, will be stored by us and processed only for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have made this data available to us. Processing of these data is carried out on the basis of Articles 6 paragraph 1 a; 6 paragraph 1 f. DSGVO.
To maintain our business relationship, we also use contact data of our customers to a very limited extent for interest-related, internal marketing activities.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes!

Recipients of personal data
In some cases it is necessary for us and our partners to receive certain information from you in order to support you accordingly.
A necessary purposeful transfer to companies/third parties (e.g. hardware and software manufacturers, companies providing support for hardware and software manufacturers, distributors, suppliers/forwarders, financing or leasing providers, insurance companies etc.) involved in the performance of services/contracts is always carried out in accordance with the current rules of the new BDSG and the EU DSGVO. The legal regulations for the processing of commissioned data apply.
For the technical implementation of data processing (e.g. when hosting our website, when providing the ticket system) we sometimes use external service providers.
We contractually integrate external service providers who process personal data for us, so-called contract processors, in accordance with article 28 DSGVO. These processors have been carefully selected by us and are bound by our instructions.
To protect your personal data, we have made specific contractual arrangements with all our partners as well as technical and organisational measures. Our physical and electronic security measures correspond to the current state of the art and legal situation, and are continuously adapted to new developments. All our employees who may come into contact with personal data are obliged to comply with the data protection regulations and are instructed about the legal requirements.
The customer ensures that the above-mentioned customer data can be collected, processed and used by SCADA-Automation GmbH within the scope of the intended purpose and that contact can be established with the contact persons.
