Intelligent Monitoring & Control
The SCADA control system is the central element for monitoring, controlling and optimising battery storage and energy parks. It combines powerful hardware and software components. SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. Local or cloud-based.

Certified Grid Stability
Our EZA controller enables compliant control of generation units (EZE) and battery storage systems connected to a common grid connection point. It is a key element for meeting grid connection guidelines and ensuring optimal use of balancing energy. Optionally, we can equip systems with decoupling protection or island operation capability with custom protection and synchronisation modules.
The EZA controller complies with all relevant standards, including:

for maximum operational reliability.
Prioritised Power Distribution
Our proprietary PrioHUB optimises power control for battery storage systems through intelligent prioritisation of available capacities. As a combination of priority controller and distributor, it precisely determines the optimal setpoints for each smartBAT (BESS generation unit) and distributes the power values (P and Q) specified by the EZA controller efficiently to each unit.
The PrioHUB takes into account factors such as state of charge (SOC), battery temperature, operating hours, switching frequency and reactive power requirements. Via the vendor-independent SmartBattery Interface (SBI), all relevant data points are standardised, making it easy to integrate battery controls from other manufacturers.
Standardised Battery Integration
The smartBAT software module enables the standardised, vendor-independent combination of batteries and inverters, which can be centrally controlled via the standardised SmartBattery Interface (SBI).
It allows seamless integration and optimisation of diverse battery storage technologies – and beyond:
