Recipients of personal data
In some cases it is necessary for us and our partners to receive certain information from you in order to support you accordingly.
A necessary purposeful transfer to companies/third parties (e.g. hardware and software manufacturers, companies providing support for hardware and software manufacturers, distributors, suppliers/forwarders, financing or leasing providers, insurance companies etc.) involved in the performance of services/contracts is always carried out in accordance with the current rules of the new BDSG and the EU GDP. The legal regulations for the processing of commissioned data apply.
For the technical implementation of data processing (e.g. when hosting our website, when providing the ticket system) we sometimes use external service providers.
We contractually integrate external service providers who process personal data for us, so-called contract processors, in accordance with article 28 GDP. These processors have been carefully selected by us and are bound by our instructions.
To protect your personal data, we have made specific contractual arrangements with all our partners as well as technical and organisational measures. Our physical and electronic security measures correspond to the current state of the art and legal situation, and are continuously adapted to new developments. All our employees who may come into contact with personal data are obliged to comply with the data protection regulations and are instructed about the legal requirements.
